SuiteLife Arts For Youth
debuted in July 1997 during the CELAFI Conference and Festival at
Young Peoples Theatre, and Harbourfront  Centre’s Studio Theatre.
The relationship
between SuiteLife Arts For Youth and Harbourfront Centre continues.

In 2006, the United Way of Greater Toronto, in collaboration
with TD Bank, Youth Link and Action for Neighbourhood Change,
invited SuiteLife Arts For Youth to participate in a momentous neighbourhood
revitalization initiative in Scarborough.

SuiteLife Arts For Youth
has continued to maintain this important program within the Scarborough Village area
with the support of  TD Bank, the Ontario Arts Council, Christ Church,
and the Scarborough community

In March 2011, SuiteLife Arts for Youth created its new youth led initiative "StArt Youth Presenting Art" in the Scarborough area. By mentoring the dedicated "StArt YPA" team members through the daunting process of mounting their first annual youth arts festival, SuiteLife helped to empower the team by providing them with the necessary tools that would aid them in becoming positive contributors to their communities.

SuiteLife Arts For Youth’s
success is due to the ongoing financial support of St. Christopher House,
TD Bank, Harbourfront Centre, Christ Church and the contributions
of many professional artists, along with fund raising activities undertaken by
the SuiteLife Arts For Youth board of directors.
